Collect the data sources, identify required development, and establish and test controls.
03 · Hand over operation
Agree who monitors spend, who intervenes, and who operates the solution. Support is scoped explicitly.
What determines the fee?
Access, integrations, required development, and the extent of handover. Fees and timing are agreed around these; model and infrastructure costs are clarified too.
